Street Photography during my trip to La Rioja. #LRTAHaro2013

Pics shot on April 28th during the trip to Haro that my family and I were invited by La Rioja Gouverment. It was Sunday morning, good weather,and the people of the village were all wandering around and chatting.

Fotos hechas el 28 d eabril, durante el viaje a Haro al que mi familia y yo fuimos invitados por el Gobierno de La Rioja. Era un domingo por la mañana, y la gente del pueblo estaba paseando y charlando.

Backspaces es una nueva aplicación para compartir fotografías que me encanta. Lo que tiene de nuevo es que uno cuenta historias combinando fotos y texto. yo ya he subido 11 historias. Invitado por el Consell Comarcal de la Segarra. Mayo 2013

He sido invitado por el Consell Comarcal de la Segarra al "Encuentro de Instagramers y Periodistas especializados en Turismo" a pasar los días 16 y 17 de mayo en esa zona tan bonita de Cataluña, en concreto de Lleida. Desgraciadamente, por razones familiares debo volverme al 17 por la mañana, por lo que sólo podré disfrutar del jueves 16. 

Me hace especial ilusión porque está también invitado mi buena amiga Olga, a la que no veo desde que bajó a Madrid en noviembre pasado, y conoceré también a otros igers, entre ellos a Mónica. Espero volver cargado de fotos que iré subiendo a Instagram y EyeEm, y que publicaré también aquí, y contribuir a la difusión y conocimiento de esta zona. Aprovecho para dar las gracias al Consell Comarcal de la Segarra, y especialmente a su consejero Miquel Parramon y a Maria Josep Jové, del Àrea de Turisme i Cultura.

Easter in Ayamonte / Semana Santa en Ayamonte. March 2013

The tradition of celebrating Easter in Spain is very ancient. Poeple love to go to the streets and watch what we call "the images" of Virgin Mary and Jesus carried on the shoulders of the "costaleros". This year, I passed my Easter holidays in Ayamonte. Although it is a small city, Easter is as much celebrated as in the rest of cities, These pics were shot inside the church, and the day after, at night, while the Viirgin "wandered" around the streets at night.

While walking around Ayamonte on an Easter night, I saw these kids playing by the Angustias church, a very impresive and powerful church in Ayamonte. I stopped by, unlocked my iphone and shot several photos, of which these are the ones I like most.

Mientas caminábamos por Ayamonte una noche de Semana Santa, ví a estos niños jugando junto a la iglesia de Las Angustias, una edificación masiva y poderosa de la ciudad. Me paré, desbloqueé mi iphone e hice varias fotos, de las cuales, éstas son las que más me gustan.

This post will be a description of my trip to Haro, in La Rioja, invited by  Jimmy Pons and the Gobierno de La Rioja, through the pics I shot and edited and the posted on IG and EyeEm. On Saturday morning I woke up early and before going to have beakfast I went wit my youngest daughter, Martina, to shoot some pics of the streets of Haro.

Este post será una descripción de mi viaje a Haro, en La Rioja, invitado por Jimmy Pons y el Gobierno de La Rioja, a través de las fotos que hice y edité, y subí a IG y EyeEm. El sábado por la mañana nos levantamos pronto y antes de ir a desayunar me fui con mi hija pequeña, Martina, a hacer fotos de las calles de Haro.
