The Ferris Wheel / La Noria. Sevilla. December 2013

These pictures were shot with my Samsung Galaxy Camera, and slightly edited on Snapseed. They were shot in Sevilla, last December, during Christmas time.

Estas fotos fueron hechas con mi Samsung Galaxy Camera, y han sido ligeramente editadas con Snapseed. Fueron hechas en Sevilla, en diciembre pasado, durante las Navidades.

Tercer Premio en el "IV Paseo Fotográfico Ciudad de Ayamonte". Agosto 2013

El pasado 17 de agosto tuvo lugar el "IV Paseo Fotográfico Ciudad de Ayamonte", un concurso organizado por la "Asociación Fotográfica ACAFA". Como estaba en Ayamonte en aquel momento, decidí participar junto a mi amigo Juan. Éramos 38 personas, todos con cámaras profesionales muy buenas, excepto Juan y yo, que disparábamos con la Samsung Galaxy Camera y el S4 Zoom. Durante tress horas paseamos por los tres puntos marcados por la organización, haciendo fotos. Hice más de 200 con ambos dispositivos. Entonces, antes del 31 de agosto, teníamos que mandarles nuestras 8 favoritas.

Bueno, el pasado viernes 11 de octubre se hizo pública la decisión del jurado, y se inauguró la exosición en la Casa Grande de Ayamonte. Me llevé un sorpresón al saber que una de mis fotos había ganado el tercer premio. Una foto hecha con la Samsung Galaxy Camera y editada con Snapseed y Filterstorm en mi iPad. ¡Estoy muy orgulloso y feliz al mismo tiempo!

Flying over Segovia and testing the new Samsung Galaxy S4Zoom.

As I wrote last week, I have been invited by Samsung to test its new S4 Zoom while flying over Segovia on a hot air balloon, with Globos Boreal. The experience was absolutely awesome, and the new smartphone is just great, especially its 10x optical zoom, as you will be able to check viewing the pictures shot from the balloon. It´s very like the new Galaxy Camera, but with even more preselected modes to shoot. I highly reccomend it.

The pictures posted in here tell the story from the moment we arrived to the camp, while the sun was rising, to the moment we landed, after one hour´s flight. 

I would like to thank warmly Samsung for inviting me to this incredible experience, as well as for giving me the chance to test its great new S4 Zoom.

I have been recently invited by SAMSUNG to the presentation of the new Samsng GALAXY S4 Zoom, the first smartphone with a 10x Optical Zoom. I will be driven to Segovia tomorrow, where we will have dinner and sleep. The really exciting time comes on Thursday morning, when we will fly over Segovia on a hot air ballon!!! 

I´ve been told we will be given a GALAXY S4 Zoom to test it (that´s why they invite us, I guess), shoot pictures and share them on our social networks. I´m really looking forward to it! I will write about it once I have tested it. Meanwhile, you can watch a very interesting video below. It really looks amazing!
