A Sunday morning at Reina Sofía Museum (1). March 2012

I had not returned to Reina Sofía Museum since the day ot its opening, a few years ago. But since I started with iphoneography, I had always wanted to go back, and shoot pictures on top of it. The roof is made of shinig red aluminium, and Madrid is beautufully reflected on it. I had the opportunity to visit it obnce more a few weeks ago, and these pics are the result of that visit.

No había vuelto al Museo Reina Sofia desde el día de su inauguración, hace ya varios años. Pero desde que empecé con la iphoneografía, tenía el deseo de volver y tirar fotos desde arriba. LA cubierta está hecha de aluminio rojo pulido, y Madrid se refleja de maera preciosa en ella. Tuve la oportunidad de visitralo hace unas semanas, y estas fotos son el resultado de aquella visita.

A few weeks ago, Pascual Perea, journalist of El Correo, contacted me to make an interview, about mobile photography and its increasing success. I talked for about twenty minutes, answering to all his questioons, and then he asked me to send him a picture of me, and any of my favorites pictures, shot and edited only with my iphone.

That´s what I did, and below ypu can see and read the result of that friendly chat we had. In the article, F.I.E is also mentioned, as well as anothe F.I.E. member, Juan Bermejo, @slimjazz, Sion Fullana and Jayme Ferreiros.

Hace unas semanas, Pascual Perea, periodista de El Correo, perteneciente al grupo Vocento, me contactó para hacerme una entrevista sobre la fotografía digital y su creciente éxito. Hablé unos veinte minutos, respondiendo a todas sus preguntas, y luego me pidió que le enviase una foto mía, así como una de mis fotos favoritas, hechas y editadas sólo con iphone.

Eso es lo que hice, y más abajo podeis ver el resultado de esa charla. En el artículo también se menciona a F.I.E., así como otro miembro F.I.E., Juan Bermejo, @slimjazz, Sion Fullana y Jayme Ferreiros.

The First Instagramers Congress announced in La Vanguardia

The First Instagramers Congress, which is going to be held in the city of Torrevieja in May 5th and 6th, has been announced in La Vanguardia, a major national newspaper. This Congress has been organised by Instagramers and F.I.E.
